I have problems Putting Videos on my ipod nano(3rd gen.).?

I use Handbrake and Dvd43 to make the dvds accesable to itunes. After I convert to ipod/iphone the movies wont play on itunes and wont play on my ipod. This problem dosn't happen with all movies, just most of them. If you have any suggestions on how to fix this or a better program(handbrake is friggen slow) i'd appreciate it. Thanks.

hmmthis MIGHT help. but im not sure. new itunes doesnt alow you use illegal files (like dvd coppies) the try downloading the old itunes from www.download.com if that doesnt work contact me on jacobrm1001@hotmail.com
