what does the new update for the iPhone do?

i didnt read the update pop up i just downloaded it and installed my girlfriend said that she talked to someone at at&t and they told ehr that you are supposed to be able to send pic messages to other phones now instead of emailing

It lets you change/ rearange the icons on your home menu and fixes some of the bugs

not much, apparently it only fixes bugs from the previous version. Some people speculate there might be hidden updates for SDK, but who knows?
