If i jailbreak my iPhone and restore will apple still fix it?

If i jailbreak my iPhone and it breaks after a while or something happens to the screen can i restore it and send it in. Like I jailbreak and it is successful but like a month later something happens to the screen. Can i restore it and send it in withouth apple knowing WHILE im still under warranty?

in June ver 2.0 is coming and it will include Apple's version of Jailbreak
