My Iphone got scratch by cellphone kiosk, what should i do?

I went to cellphone kiosk to buy an Iphone casing, I try it on and I cannot open it, so I ask the sales person to open it, he opened the casing with a key and end up scratch my brand new iphone, i was mad and ask him to settle this problem. He said there is nothing he can do and it is accident, so i ask him to call his boss, and his boss end up saying that is nothing he can do and is only a phone, just go to apple store? and he is pretty rude to me too. I know that apple will not change my phone if it's physical damage. So what should i do, i just bought my iphone yesterday, and save all my money for it, I love my iphone and i hate some people scratch it and not responsible for it. PLEASE HELP ME WHAT SHOULD I DO??????

go to the store and demand that they ither fix it or get you a new one. this is physycal damage that they did to your phone, and you should make them pay.

Stand in front of their kiosk and yell at the top of your lungs. "This guy scratched my phone and will not fix it!" After about an hour or so they may give in. If not have a friend record it and put it on youtube, maybe you'll make the front page and $400US to get a new phone and some just advertising for these jerks. Good luck and I'm sorry you had to find the hiney holes of the cell world.
